We are an independent intermediary and we aim to find you competitive quotes for suitable cover in line with the information you supply. We will provide any information and advice you require, but we do not make recommendations and you must make your own decision about how to proceed.
Your Responsibilities
We aim to provide you with a quotation based on the information you have provided to us. It is essential that all information and answers are true and accurate and that you disclose all relevant facts, otherwise any quote obtained and insurance arranged may be invalid.
Before arranging a policy it is crucial to check that all the information supplied is accurate and complete. You will be sent a Statement of Fact/Proposal form for checking. If any information supplied by you is not correct, it is your responsibility to identify and correct the mistake. If your insurance is invalid, any claim may not be paid and you could be liable for any third party costs in the event of an accident.
It is also important that you read all insurance documents issued to you and ensure that you are aware of the cover, limits and other terms that apply, especially any excess and security requirements. If you have any doubt whether further information is required to be disclosed, or if you have any other query regarding a quote, please contact us before you arrange cover.
Privacy and Security
In order to provide our service to you we need to collect and process personal information about you and disclose it to certain other parties such as insurers. This information is held in strict confidence and we take its protection very seriously, for example the information you submit is encrypted during transmission, and we will never sell it to anyone. We comply with and are registered under the UK's data protection laws.
We may contact you in connection with any quote requested or policy arranged or to inform you of our products or services. If you don't wish to receive marketing information, please inform us via any of the contact points shown at the bottom of each page (though you cannot opt out of receiving the acknowledgement e-mail we will send when you request a quotation).
If you click through to any other website from this one, you will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of that site while you are on it. We accept no liability for any content, products or services that are accessible from these third party websites and we can give no assurance about their security.
We make all reasonable efforts to keep our website and systems free from viruses and other harmful features, but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other harmful material that may infect your equipment, programs or data resulting from your use of our website.

Using our Callback Features
Our Callback Services are available during our normal opening times. Although we will try our best to ring you at the requested time, we cannot guarantee this (depending on call volumes, internal problems etc). If your query is urgent, we would recommend that you call us.
If we are having any difficulties, we will contact you at the next available time or via email, if you provided an email address.
If your callback is booked late in the day, there is a chance that you will not receive a call from us until the next working day (Again this depends on call volumes and other scenarios).
Complaints
We hope you will be satisfied with our service, but the occasional problem is inevitable. Please contact us promptly (details at the bottom of each page) and we will aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
